group of advent health volunteers with stephanie outside the food pantry at one heart

Lend a Hand

Because 90% of all profits go directly back into the community, we rely heavily on the gift of time donated through our Volunteers. We have a variety of ongoing projects and always welcome new volunteers. Without our dedicated volunteers, we could not do what we do each day to end hunger.

All volunteers must contact One Heart at 321-299-4594 or fill out the below form prior to volunteering AND receive confirmation of volunteer times and dates.

Many opportunities are available including:

  • Helping sort through and organize recently received donations
  • Sorting the food pantry
  • Feeding the homeless
  • Community Outreach
  • Picking Up Donations
  • Special Projects – food collection, hygiene collection, holiday sponsorships

We are always looking for people to assist with special projects and have talents in:

  • Marketing
  • Graphic Design
  • Office or Clerical
  • Advertising
  • Networking
  • Cleaning
  • Painting
  • Organizing
  • Ambassador to speak at community events
  • Grant Writing
  • And so much more …share with us your talents and where your heart to serve is

If you have an idea of a way you would like to contribute to One Heart for Women and Children and do not see it on the list, we are open to your ideas. Please contact us to discuss opportunities to serve or check the Signup Genius for more information.

Court Ordered Community Service

We are able to accept certain court-ordered community service volunteers at this time. Please contact us for eligibility for the charges we are able to accept.
